Management.

Currently we do not have partner suppliers. As an alternative you may choose from our preferred list, these suppliers have already experienced setting up in the Guagua Mansion.

Our list of Preferred Caterers include:

- Stella's Catering

- ADM Asuncion de Grande Catering

- Catering Service by Chef Chard

In case you want to look for another supplier, the supplier must be a licensed business. For DIY or potluck dinners kindly inform us before hand.

Any attachments/decorations that will be made by the client or their respective supplier should be approved first by the management. Guagua Mansion has the right not to allow attachments/decorations that can damage or destroy the venue.

We do not allow sawing, cutting, piercing, gluing or taping of any part of any structure.

The organizers and suppliers/contractors shall provide “material protectors” at all times specially during setup, pull out, and transport of materials/equipment. Material protectors can be of the following; rubber footing or any floor matting (such as rubber matting, carpet, cardboard, etc.)

Yes! However, tours are given by appointment only.

Prior to requesting a tour, please review our available dates and confirm that our site fee and venue policies are a good fit for your vision, guest list, and budget.

The entire venue is accessible with the exception of Emerenciana's Room and Rogato's Room.
